As a Monthly Donor you are providing sustainable, reliable funding, increasing RainCity Housing’s capacity to realize its vision of a home for every person.

Administration costs for monthly donations are lower than for annual donations, ensuring more of your donation dollar is directly applied to delivering housing and support solutions to people experiencing homelessness, mental and physical health issues and addiction.

Monthly donations make it easier for many people to include philanthropy in their budgets. For instance, a donation of $300.00 is a hefty commitment but a monthly donation of just $25.00 can be more manageable.

Here are just a few of the things a monthly donation of $25 can provide:

2 New Beds
100 Blankets
150 Pairs of Socks
3 Set of Pots and Pans

Becoming a Monthly Donor member is easy:

  • Let us know the amount of your gift and your preferred method of payment (options and contact information below).
  • If you choose direct debit or use a credit card, your donation will be processed on the 15th of each month. Receipts will be provided in December of each year.
  • If you choose to donate through Canada Helps you can set up a monthly donation schedule and receive your receipt instantly.
  • You can increase, decrease, postpone or stop your monthly donation at any time.
