Come on down to the Anza Club (3 West 8th Avenue) on Thursday, October 6 for some great live entertainment and a wild dance party fueled by the amazing Boom Booms (http://theboombooms.ca) and the fabulous Ponderosas, as we come together to celebrate Vancouver arts and raise money for Raincity Housing. Other great entertainment will be brought to you by Geordi Campos, Travis Warnyca, Julia Caceres, and one Mystery band!! All proceeds go to this great charity thats mandate is “a home for every person”. $10 @ the door! Presented by Amanda Cook and Miryam Bishop to support a cause they believe in!
Still Talking About Socks!
We need them all!
Do you have orphaned socks in your sock drawer? Want to find a good home for them? How about a package of new ones, or old pairs you don’t wear anymore?
Socks are in high demand right now and we could really use your help to make sure the clients and tenants at RainCity Housing are able to keep their feet clean and dry.
If you have socks to donate (adult sizes only please) we’d really appreciate receiving them at: Triage Shelter, 707 Powell Street Vancouver, BC
